RENO, NV – (August 15, 2023) – D4 Media Corp. has been recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing, privately-owned companies in the United States for the second consecutive year in 2023 and ranked 2,577 of the top 5,000 in its annual Inc. 5000 report.
D4 is an independent venture studio headquartered in Reno, Nevada that is focused on developing products and brands in the outdoor and sports shooting industries. D4 has experienced exponential profit growth yielded through its brands including Dunlap Gun Buyers, D4 Leather Wrap products and coming soon in late 2023, Dunlap Gun Storage. The steady growth demanded the opening of a second physical location in Michigan to better serve customers located in the midwest and east coast.

The selection process for businesses chosen to be part of the list begins with more than 7 million potential companies and is distilled down to 5,000 of the top performing, privately-owned businesses across the U.S. The Inc. 5000 class of 2023 represents companies that have driven rapid revenue growth while navigating inflationary pressure, the rising costs of capital, and seemingly intractable hiring challenges.
Companies on the 2023 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2019 to 2022. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2019. They must be U.S. based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2022. The minimum revenue required for 2019 is $100,000; the minimum for 2022 is $2 million.
The Inc. 5000 list, produced every year since 1982 by Inc. Magazine, analyzes company data to rank the fastest-growing, privately-held businesses in the United States. The list is a distinguished editorial award and is comprised of a network of entrepreneurial leaders.
